What is Dictaris Neo?
Dictaris Neo is AI medical dictation software for Windows and macOS. You pick a report template, dictate naturally, and it generates the finished medical report: structured, formatted and ready to export.
How is it different from classic medical speech recognition?
Classic dictation software transcribes word for word, and you insert templates and text fragments by voice command. With Dictaris Neo you just dictate your findings: the AI fits them into your template and writes the final report, with no fragments to insert by hand.
Who is Dictaris Neo for?
For doctors who write reports every day, from individual practices to clinics, imaging centres and hospitals. It fits especially well in radiology and medical imaging, where reports go straight into a PACS or RIS.
How much does Dictaris Neo cost?
Plans start at €29 a month (Start), with Pro at €49 and Ultra at €99 a month. Above 250 reports a month, we put together a custom offer. Your first 10 reports are free, with no credit card required.
Does it work with my PACS or RIS?
Yes. Reports export in the format your system expects, with dedicated formatting for PACS and the major RIS platforms, text without diacritics where it is required, and PDF, DOCX or TXT files.
Can I dictate while I work in another application?
Yes. F1 starts and stops recording from any active application, such as a DICOM viewer or the patient chart, and a small always-on-top window shows the recording status. One monitor is enough.
Is patient data safe? Is Dictaris Neo GDPR compliant?
Yes. Patient data is processed exclusively within the EU, in accordance with GDPR, and a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for every customer.
Do I need a special microphone?
No. Recognition stays accurate with any microphone, from a laptop's built-in mic to an ordinary headset.
Can Dictaris Neo write the report during the consultation?
Yes, with consultation mode. Dictaris Neo listens throughout the consultation and drafts the report; you just review it at the end. Consultation mode is included in the Ultra and Custom plans.
